Rainbow Season

Mokoli’i, colloquially known as Chinaman’s Hat, is a stunning small offshore island of Oahu full of rich Hawaiian history and cherished by the local community. “Rainbow Season” is the translation of the calligraphy on this piece which highlights the wet season of Hawaii when rainbows are particularly in abundance.

This archival quality print uses professional grade pigment inks made for longevity and color accuracy. It is printed on 100% cotton paper made from cotton linters which are considered “recovered fibers” by the EPA, and otherwise would have become waste. Acid free, 250 gsm; 13.5 mil thickness.
